A first class, worldwide provider of Grinding Machinery, operating from 3 prestigious sites, working as a sole agent for a number of internationally recognised tool manufactures and offering fully engineered solutions for metal cutting applications.

The Challenge

Translation of a highly technical manual for a piece of Grinding Equipment, plus provision of an interpreter to attend a 15 day training course in Italy for the piece of equipment described in the manual.

The Solution

Using an ex-engineer who is both a translator and interpreter to translate the manual and attend the training course in Italy meant the interpreter knew the equipment inside out and had key knowledge of the machinery. Information for the course delegates and the training slides were also translated. By MTT pre-booking accommodation and airport transfers the interpreter only had to concentrate on the task of interpreting for the training course, resulting in a better service for the client.
