The Client

A highly reputable PR agency specialising in Exhibition Stand Design, serving all manner of customers including BT and The Post Office.

The Challenge

Translating 29 exhibitions panels for our client's stand at NanoTech (the world’s largest conference and exhibition event held in Japan) to a tight deadline, ensuring every panel translated is of the highest standard ready for publication.

The Solution

We created bi-lingual Word documents to make the translation easier for the client to deal with. We ensured we used a translator who not only had relevant technical experience but who was also able to maintain the stylistic flair essential for PR work. We translated one panel at a time and drip-fed the panels to the customer, to be typeset and printed as they were completed to ensure the deadline was adhered to.

End Result

A set of 29 Japanese panels, ready for publication and ready to make an excellent first impression. By having the panels translated the stand was much more likely to attract foreign customers. Peace of mind knowing the translator has not only maintained technical accuracy but maintained company style. Complete Customer Satisfaction
