How do I get an urgent translation done?
- Call us on 0844 856 1086 and send in a copy of your document, ideally in an editable format, to email@example.com. Mark it “URGENT!”
- Let us know what language you need the document translated into and when you need it by. A time would be helpful as well as a date.
- We’ll get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
MTT’s standard level of service is to respond to every enquiry within 2 hours.
In the vast majority of cases, this will be with a confirmed price and delivery period, giving you the certainty you need for urgent projects.
On rare occasions we may need to research specialist translation suppliers or confirm special arrangements for complex projects, but we will still give as much information as possible as soon as possible - and we’ll keep you up to date with progress.
If your quote is higher than your budget, we’ll work with you to determine what it’s possible to do, for example you could consider a simpler version of your website in multiple languages, rather than the whole site. Or perhaps we can help determine which sections of a large document for translation are the most relevant or urgent.
If your needs change we’ll amend our proposal free of charge and make sure that it fits your new requirements.
