1. MTT is fully compliant with ISO 9001 so you know you are dealing with a professional, quality-assured company.
2. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with our clients.
3. Similarly, we will only place confidential texts with confidentiality-assured, trusted linguists who have signed an NDA with us.
4. Confidential translation documents are stored either in locked filing cabinets or securely on our server.
5. Electronic files can be password protected if required.
6. All electronic confidential information is protected via firewalls, encryption and passwords.
7. Confidential documents are sent to and from translators via secure connections or trusted courier.
8. All highly sensitive documents have restricted access.
9. All confidential materials are confidentially shredded when no longer needed.
10. We are happy to make additional, special arrangements to ensure you are happy with the way your documents will be handled.
