1. We will always seek your permission before sharing documents that contain personal data.
2. We only work with carefully selected and assessed professional linguists and Language Service Providers.
3. We will tell you if the linguist we intend to use is based in a country that does not comply with the regulatory compliance framework (sometimes this may be inevitable because of the languages involved).
4. All data is stored securely on our UK based servers and is also encrypted for storage and backup on EU Privacy Shield compliant servers. While in transit, emails are encrypted by Microsoft Office.
