V-Ex Digital Event Services successfully held an online conference with help from MTT’s interpreters.
V-Ex, a sister company to MTT, both part of Marketing + Technologies Group, is a Worcester-based digital event services company, specialising in virtual, live and hybrid events.
As a goal for organising their online conference, V-Ex wanted to include participants who had logged on from other countries, so that they could also partake in presentations without needing to speak English. We had worked together before to translate materials such as flyers and banners on virtual event stands, but this was a new challenge.
MTT proposed the use of virtual interpreter booths throughout the conference. This meant that delegates could join the meeting and select their audio channel, where our interpreters would be providing translations into several different languages.
