Our in-house quality checks are one of our main selling points at MTT and are crucial to our company’s success.
All of our translation projects undergo two in-house checks. As part of this, we record details on our translations throughout the year, noting delivery to deadline, accuracy of translation (such as major or minor errors), and formatting. This process gives us data which we can then use to monitor our linguists’ performance, deal with any issues, and make improvements.
Gathering this evidence is part of our ISO procedures and is also useful for tracking the particular strengths of our translators. We can then use this information to help match our linguists’ skills to the perfect assignment. Continuous assessment through the year also ensures that any issues are dealt with promptly. Our annual review also offers us the opportunity to take a broader look at performance.
