As a direct response to customer feedback, MTT has developed a Guide to Multilingual Typesetting. Our guide walks you through the process of getting a document translated and ready for production, whether that’s print or digital.
There are two pathways you can choose:
1. MTT manages both the translation and the typesetting. At the end of the project, you’ll receive production-ready files in the target language. In other words, files that you can upload to your website or send directly to your printer.
2. MTT provides a translation only service (useful if you have your own in-house graphic design resource). In this scenario, we supply the translated text in a file format that will make your graphic designer’s life much easier. We can also arrange a linguist to review the typeset files before they are published, to check for layout errors that may have snuck in inadvertently!
