3 years on from Covid - how has working changed for us?

Three years on from the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re reflecting on how working has changed for us and how we work now.

Since March 2020, we’ve made our systems completely paperless, meaning we can all access everything we need wherever we may be working.

We’ve fine-tuned working from home and now do hybrid working, allowing our lovely team to maintain a good work-life balance, and cutting down on those commuting hours!

We also have less in-person visits to clients now, as we’ve perfected communicating over Teams, saving us on journeys that are costly for the environment.
